CMSH is the only warehouse style facility in Los Angeles that is fully permitted as an event venue with permanent occupancy for up to 1,000 guests, and expanded capabilities to accommodate conferences up to 5,000.

Flanked by nine 16-foot roll up doors, the main studio is seamlessly converted from an interior hall to a 9,000 s.f. outdoor pavilion, with plenty of air flow and space for physical distancing.  The venue is ADA compliant and has 17 restrooms.

Designed and built by Live Event Industry veterans with ease of execution and maximum flexibility top of mind. Top notch production capabilities and a versatile, blank canvas design foundation allow for a customized experience that is unique to every event.
