VOX Productions, our exclusive on-site production vendor, is prepared to service all your technical production needs including audio, specialty lighting, video, stage design, custom fabrication, red carpet arrivals, custom printing and branding, and prop rental. Our engineers also support power distribution, rigging, structural engineering, and permitting. VOX has the relationships and owns the assets to ensure flexibility, and the ability to handle last-minute additional needs so that projects come together seamlessly. They also play nicely with others and are happy to collaborate with your go-to production team.

City Market Social House works with a preferred list of outstanding caterers and restaurants to accommodate a multitude of preferences and budgets.

Sara Sedlacek
Founder, COO
Sara Sedlacek, a native Angeleno, has been developing and operating hospitality properties for over 20 years. Sara oversaw the operations of Manhattan Country Club for well over a decade and was instrumental in its complete renovation, revitalization, and successful sale in 2017.
Sara has a passion for the process of infusing beauty and new life into historical properties and executed multiple adaptive reuse projects and consulted on numerous restaurant and private event venues. She is a Principal at VOX Productions, our technical event production partner and sits on the Board of the Getty House Foundation.
Meredith Michal
Event Sales Director
Meredith Michal is our Director of Event Sales bringing more than a decade of experience in event sales, production, and hospitality. She specializes in large-scale brand activations, product launches, entertainment events, conferences, and corporate experiences, partnering with clients to transform ambitious ideas into seamless, memorable events. Known for her collaborative approach and strategic mindset, Meredith is passionate about building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional experiences from the first conversation through event execution.
Tamara Ogden
Sales & Event Manager
Tamara is originally from Maui, Hawaii. After years in the Dance industry as a business owner and teacher, she switched her focus to Weddings and Events in 2015 while working for First Pick Planning. She has coordinated events all across Southern and Northern California and specialized in Weddings in which she prided herself on her special relationships with clients and executing their special day to perfection. She was lucky enough to join the VOX productions event team in 2021 (managing LA River Studios) and has continued her passion for events both big and small. Her attention to detail, communication with vendors and overall event experience has served as an asset across the board and she is always excited to expand her professional horizons.
Tyler Beltran
Event Operations Manager
A SoCal native, Tyler Beltran brings a fun and professional vibe to the event management scene, with a wealth of experience orchestrating high-profile events at some of Los Angeles's most distinguished venues, including The Dolby Theatre and The Crypto.com Arena. He has worked notable events such as the Oscars (13 time veteran), The Disneyland 60th Anniversary Special, American Idol, and several seasons of America's Got Talent. As an Event Operations Manager at City Market Social House, Tyler shines in coordinating venue staff and vendors, ensuring every event is executed flawlessly. His keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills have been pivotal in delivering unforgettable experiences for clients and guests.
